Brian Cole, MD, FAAOS

Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, Board Certified

Dr. Brian A. Cole is a highly experienced spine surgeon who is board certified by the
American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and Dr. Cole is a fellow of the American
Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Cole is licensed to practice medicine in New
York, New Jersey, and Florida. Dr. Cole has performed over 10,000 spine surgery
procedures in the last 24 years while practicing in the New York Metropolitan Area, and
has won numerous awards, most recent include Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctor
(2019, 2018, 2017), New York Metro Area’s Top Doctors (2019, 2018, 2017) and Jersey
Top Doctors (2018, 2017).

Dr. Brian Cole is Ivy League-educated, having received a B.A. in Computer Science
from Columbia University and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania
School of Medicine. After completing his residency in orthopedic surgery at St. Vincent’s
Hospital / New York Medical College, Dr. Cole completed a spine fellowship in adult and
pediatric spine surgery at Temple University Hospital and Shriners Hospital
respectively.

Dr. Cole is a consultant for many spine implant companies developing new and
innovative technologies. He is the Vice President of C2 Medical Robotics, a developer
of robotic endoscopic tools for spine surgeons.

Over 24 years experience in Orthopedic Spine Surgery specializing in Minimally
Invasive Surgery, Lumbar Disc Surgery, Cervical Disc Surgery, Spinal Fusion, Disc
Replacement Surgery and Endoscopic Spine Surgery. Voted one of New Jersey’s Top
Doctors in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Dennis Jones, MD, ABOS

Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon, Board Certified 

Dr. Dennis Jones is originally from Connecticut and after completing medical school at The University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Dr. Jones was commissioned into the United States Army in 1990. He completed his surgical internship at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX, and then was attached to the 101st Airbourne Division, Fort Campbell, KY. Subsequently, he returned to Texas to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center. He was then stationed at Fort Riley, KS, and finished out his active-duty time there as Chief of Orthopedics at Irwin Army Community Hospital. In the past 23 years since separating from the Armed Forces, Dr. Jones has been a part of multiple private practice settings, initially in Rhode Island and then here in Florida. Dr. Jones has been one of the very few surgeons that have been exposed to some of the most state-of-the-art equipment and methodology to treat most extremity injuries with the most effective procedures with ultimately, the best outcomes.  He has a broad experience in extremity orthopedics over the last 25 years including reconstruction of the hip, knee, and shoulder; arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder; surgery of the elbow and ankle; and minor hand and foot surgery.

James C. Padula, DO

Pain Management, Board Certified

Dr. Padula has over 25 years of experience in treatment of spine and joint pain. Dr. Padula completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Villanova University. He graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with Honors.
He completed his internship at Maimonides Medical Center and residency at North Shore University Hospital at Glen Cove. Dr. Padula is trained in interventional Pain Management and Minimally Invasive Surgeries. Dr. Padula also trains physicians in the field of pain management.

Christine Klepp, MD

Interventional Pain Management Physician

Christine Klepp, M.D. has good news for adult patients suffering from chronic pain. “If you’ve been told by others ‘There’s nothing we can do for you. You have to suffer through it,’ call me, because the buck stops here in my office. That pain is not in your head.

Dr. Klepp received her doctorate of medicine at the University of Guadalajara Medical School while continuing her Doctor of Medicine-Fifth Pathway Program in New York at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

An experienced interventional pain specialist, Dr. Klepp maintains an open ear for her patients at all times. If it hurts, she cares. ‘’I not only treat the patient, I treat the patient’s family,” she explains. “I educate them to understand the problem and the different pathways we can use to alleviate
the discomfort.

Her expertise extends to both acute and chronic pain.

She diagnoses “head to toe,” including:

  • Arthritis pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Back pain
  • Muscle pain
  • Slow healing wounds
  • Post-surgical pain
  • Headaches
  • Neck, thoracic, and lumbar pain due to disc injuries or degenerative disc disease

Once the source of pain is identified, Dr. Klepp offers an array of pain management tools. Medications, epidural injections, facet joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve root blocks are just some of the methods available to treat pain.
